1. What you are purchasing

Wholesome Beginnings™ offers educational health and wellness coaching programs, delivered digitally. Depending on the tier you select, your purchase may include recorded lessons, workbooks, downloadable resources, group coaching sessions, community access, and — in the VIP tier — individual coaching sessions.

2. Educational coaching — not medical care

Wholesome Beginnings™ provides education, guidance, and support. It does not provide medical care. Nothing in this program constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no coach–patient or physician–patient relationship is created by your participation.

Your coach is not acting as your physician, nurse, dietitian, or licensed therapist. You are responsible for consulting your own physician or fertility specialist regarding your care, including before making any change to your nutrition, supplements, medications, or exercise. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you learned in this program.

3. No guarantee of results

No outcome is promised or guaranteed. Fertility is influenced by many factors, a number of which are outside the scope of this program and outside anyone’s control. Wholesome Beginnings™ does not promise or guarantee conception, pregnancy, a live birth, improved laboratory values, or any other specific result. Individual results vary.

4. Payment and refunds

Please review the program details and reach out with any questions before you purchase. We are glad to answer them.

Where a payment plan is offered, you authorize the scheduled charges for the full term of that plan. Selecting a payment plan does not change the non-refundable nature of your purchase, and remaining installments continue to be due.

5. Your participation

This program is designed to be worked through actively. What you gain from it depends in large part on your participation. We provide the education, the tools, and the support; applying them in your own life is yours to do. Non-participation does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Program access

Access is granted for the period described in the tier you purchased. We aim to keep materials available as described, but we may update, improve, or modify program content over time. Community access is provided for the period stated at purchase.

7. Community and conduct

Our community is a confidential, supportive, and kind space. You agree to treat other members with respect, to keep what is shared inside the community confidential, and not to use the community to solicit or sell. We may remove any member whose conduct is harmful to others, without refund.

8. Intellectual property

All program content — lessons, videos, workbooks, downloads, and other materials — is the property of Wholesome Beginnings™ and is licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, record, resell, share, publish, or distribute it, or use it to build a competing program.

9. Privacy and confidentiality

We treat what you share with care and keep it confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a concern about risk of serious harm. Note that coaching is not a legally privileged relationship in the way that care from a licensed medical or mental health professional may be.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wholesome Beginnings™, its owner, and its coaches are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program or your use of its materials. You participate voluntarily and you assume responsibility for the decisions you make about your own health, in partnership with your medical providers.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase governs that purchase.
